do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of one dollar ($1,00)
which Easement is for installation and perpetual
maintenance of sanitary sewer pipelines
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit'

The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said real
property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except
those of record on the below date.

A tract or parcel of land 10 feet in width and being more particularly
described as follows:
.Commencing at a 1 inch square iron bar situated at the inter-
section of the center line of Wimer Street with the West boundary
line of Donation Land Claim No. 40, Township 39 South, Range 1 East
of the Willamette Base and Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence
South 00o04'43'' West, along the west boundary line of said claim,
457.60 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin; thence leaving said claim line,
South 89o55'44'' West, 20.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin situated
on the Westerly right of way of High Street for the True Foint of
Beginning; thence continue South 89055'44'' West, along that boundary
line described in Document No. 75-12988, official records of Jackson
County, Oregon, 283.50 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin; thence South 00o
04'43" West, 10.00 feet; theoce North 89o55'44'' East 283.50 feet to
the Westerly right of way of said High Street; thence North 00o04'43''
