That certain ].ease agreement, dated August 8, 1967, and as modified
on October 2, 1979, between the City of Ashland, Oregon hereinafter
called "lessor", and Southern Oregon S-~.xT~Tways, Inc., hereina£ter
called "lessee", is hereby modified as follows:
Subpart 2 of Section II - Possession and Rent is hereby
modified to read as follows'
As part of the consideratien, the lessee agrees to
pay to the lessor, Seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
or five cents ($0.05) per gallon monthly, whichever
is greater, for all av~.stion fuel sold or used by
the lesser at the subject airport. Said payments
shall be made within 20 days of the end of each
calendar month. Said lease payment shall be in lieu
of all other taxes, fees, or payments based on fuel
flowage, and the sums so paid shall be used. exclusively
for the maintenance and improve~nent of the subjec'L
airport."
