BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into the dates set forth
next to the parties' names as they hereinafter appear, by and between
the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal :orporation of the State of Oregon,
hereinafter referred to as "Ashland", and GEORGE RONALD SKOG and DAVID
W. FADDEN, hereinafter referred to as "S~og and Fadden";
WITNESSETH:
RECITALS-
1) The parties hereto own certain land in the City of
Ashland which have a common boundary line; and
2) The boundary line common to their property is uncertain
and cannot be located with reasonable efforts at this time and, there-
fore, the parties have agreed that the line be fixed with certainty.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing Recitals,
the truth of which is hereby acknov~ledged and of the mutual covenants
contained herein, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as
fol 1 ows:

The parties hereto agree that the boundary line between the
land owned by them which is located in the City of Ashland, County of
Jackson, State of Oregon, shall be described as follows:

Commencing at a 3/4 inch iron pipe found monumenting
the centerline intersection of Van Ness Avenue and
Skidmore Street in the City of Ashland, Jackson County,
Oregon; thence South 61'57'21" West, 36.93 feet to the
intersection of the Westerly right of way line of said
Skidmore Street with the Southerly right of way line
of said Van Ness Avenue being the Northeast corner of
Lot 2, Block '16 of the City of Ashland, as shown on
the Official Map of the City of Ashland adopted by the
City Council on the 5th day of November, 1888; thence
North 63°42'46'' West (deed record North 63°45' West)
along the said Southerly line of Van Ness Avenue,
245.04 feet to a 5/8 inch by 30 inch iron pin with
aluminum cap marked City of Ashland for the True Point
of Beginning; thence leaving said southerly l~ne,
South $5°19'46'' West, 50.24 feet to a 5/8 inch by 30
inch iron pin with aluminum cap marked City of Ashland;
thence continue South 55'19'46" West, 1.02 feet to the
Northerly right of way line of North Main Street.

The land owned by Ashland is located in the City of Ashland,
County of Jackson, State of Oregon, and more particularly described
as follows'
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 16,
according to the official plat of 1888 of the City of
Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 24°40'
West along the Westerly line of said Lot, 187.00 feet
to the most Southwest corner of that tract described
in Deed Record Volume 489, Page 450 being the point of
beginning; thence North 45°21' East, 68.56 feet (record
North 51° East, 56.00 feet) to a point on the North-
easterly line of said Lot 1 being 123.00 feet from the
most Northeasterly corner thereof; thence North 63°45'
West, 97.00 feet to a corner thereof; thence South
15°17' East, 20.7 feet to a corner thereof; thence South
24°40' East, 78.4 feet to a point of beginning.

The land owned by Skog and Fadden is located in the City of
Ashland, County of Jackson, State of Oregon, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning on the East side line of North Main Street
to the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, from
which the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Blockll6 as shown
on the official map of Ashland, Oregon (1888) bears
South 24°40' East, 112 feet distant;~thence along the
East side line of said North Main Street North 24°40'
West, 75 feet; thence North 51° East 56 feet to the
South side line of Van Ness Avenue (formerly Mechanic
Street) in said City; thence along the South side line
of said Van Ness Avenue South 63°46' East, 60 feet;
thence South 40°46' West, 102 feet to the point of
beginning.

Accordingly, the parties agree that the boundary line between
the properties owned by them as described above, is as set forth in
paragraph I.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and

voluntary act and deed.
