Attention: Brian Almquist, City Administrator
Gentlemen:
This letter will serve as a Letter of Agreement between Pacific Power & Light
Company (Pacific) and the city of Ashland (City) superseding in its entirety the
Letter of Agreement dated August 2, 1985 between Pacific and the City.
Beginning with November, 1993 monthly billing period where the City is
providing power to serve PacifiCorp's customers, the rate per kwh for such
service shall be 36 mills.
This Letter of Agreement can be terminated by a thirty (30) day written notice
by either party.

Dear Mr. Almquist:
With the recent change in Ashland's wholesale
Service Contract, this letter will serve as a Letter
of Agreement between Pacific Power & Light Company
and the City of Ashland.
Beginning with the March, 1982 monthly billing
where Pacific Power and the City of Ashland are
exchanging power to serve each others customers, the
rate per KWH shall be 20 mills.
This Letter of Agreement can be terminated by
a thirty (30) day written notice by either party.
