Final Acceptance of the
1981 Street Improvement
Project No. 81-01
Dear Mr. Ledford:
The City of Ashland, as of the date of this letter, has
accepted the work performed by Sage Pipelines and its subcontractors
under the contract entitled 1981 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 81-01.
The contractor shall warrant all work performed by him and/or his
subcontractors for a period of one year commencing on this date.
It is anticipated that additional work may be required on
Beswick Way in the repair of pavement irregularities due to trench
settlement. It shall be understood that the contractor shall make
these repairs with reasonable promptness when notified within the
one year warranty period.
Please sign this letter in the space provided and return it
to me as soon as possible.
