HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-022 Lien - GrimshawS --07443 CONFESSION OF LIEN I, EDITH GRIMSHAW, represent and agree as follows: 1) I am the owner of certain l~nd located in the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, being 14 CC-2900 and more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. 2) The City of Ashland has a valid assessment lien against the above-described property which including interest to April 15, 1982, totals FIFTEEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN AND 20/100 DOLLARS ($1,587.20). 3) Said lien is past due and in exchange for the City of Ashland's extension of said lien so that principal and interest on said lien in its entirety is due April 1, 1983, or on sale of the property described in Exhibit "A", whichever first occurs, I do agree to pay interest on ELEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY and 79/100 DOLLARS ($1,180.79) at the rate of Thirteen Percent (13%) per annum from April 15, 1982. The City of Ashland's agreement to this extension shall be its recordation of this document. 4) It is intended that this agreement run with the land and it does touch and concern the land and is to be binding upon my heirs, successors and assigns.
