CONFESSION OF LIEN
I, EDITH GRIMSHAW, represent and agree as follows:
1) I am the owner of certain l~nd located in the City of
Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, being 14 CC-2900 and more particularly
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein.
2) The City of Ashland has a valid assessment lien against
the above-described property which including interest to April 15, 1982,
totals FIFTEEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN AND 20/100 DOLLARS ($1,587.20).
3) Said lien is past due and in exchange for the City of
Ashland's extension of said lien so that principal and interest on
said lien in its entirety is due April 1, 1983, or on sale of the
property described in Exhibit "A", whichever first occurs, I do agree
to pay interest on ELEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY and 79/100 DOLLARS ($1,180.79)
at the rate of Thirteen Percent (13%) per annum from April 15, 1982.
The City of Ashland's agreement to this extension shall be its
recordation of this document.
4) It is intended that this agreement run with the land and
it does touch and concern the land and is to be binding upon my heirs,
successors and assigns.

Commencing at the southeast corner of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14,
in Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette
Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon, thence North 00°00'11''
East, along the east line of said quarter-quarter,
574.59 feet to the south line of Bellview Avenue, thence
North 89°49'00'' West, along said south line, 361.67 feet
to a lead plug and tag in concrete for the True Point of
Beginning; thence South 39°01'40'' West, 48.775 feet to
a 5/8 inch iron pin; thence South 00°12'20'' East, 138.19
feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin on that boundary line estab-
lished by Agreement recorded as Document No. 74-11134
of the Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon;
thence West, along said agreement line, 114.015 feet
to a 3/4 inch iron pin; thence North 11°47'27'' East,
76.03 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pin; thence North 39°42'29''
East, 107.98 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pin situated in
the southerly right of way of a 45.00 foot radius cul-
de-sac; thence leaving said agreement line, along the
arc of a 45.00 foot radius curve to the left, the central
angle is 69 degrees 40 minutes and 50 seconds (the long
chord bears North 68°46~22'' East, 51.415 feet) 54.725
feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin; thence South 89°49'00''
East, il.78 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to any and/or easements and/or rights of way
of record and those apparent on the land.
