That certain AGREEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT dated the 10th day of
March 1971, as extended to the 31st day of August 1982, is
hereby extended to August 31, 1985 subject to the same terms
and conditions thereof, except that the time period in item 3
shall be changed to six (6) months.
