That certain CONTRACTURAL SERVICES AGREEMENT dated the 21st
day of November, 1973, as extended to the 30th day of
June, 1982, between the CITY OF ASHLAND and JOHN W. BODILLY,
is hereby extended to June 30, 1985, subject to the same
terms and conditions thereof except that the compensation
shall continue to be $772.20 per month through June 30, 1983,
and that effective August 1, 1982, the City shall pay the
employee's contribution to the Public Employees Retirement
System.
