3. The work area during any construction or maintenance operation performed under the permit
shall be protected in accordance with current provisions of the "Manual on Uniform Traffic
Control Devices for Streets and Highways, U. S. Department of Transportation".
4. If a contractor is to perform this work, prior to commencement of any ~rk, applicant will
provide the contractor an approved copy of this permit and appropriate General Provisions.
The contractor shall have this material in his possession while work is performed.
5. Applicant, or his contractor, to contact Curt Yocham, Section Supervisor, at 482-4344 at
least 3 days prior to commencement of any work, and 24 hours before all work is completed
or equipment is removed from the work area.
