FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) and mutual benefits to accrue, the CITY OF ASHLAND,
a municipal corporation of tlhe State of Oregon, does hereby
extend and renew a certain Lease dated February 6, 1962, as
renewed on December 3, 1971, and again renewed February 3,
1977, so that it shall expire on October 15, 1982, and which
said Lease is between the CITY OF ASHLAND as Lessor, and the
ASHLAND WRANGLERS, INC., a nonprofit corporation if the State
of Oregon, as Lessee.
IN WITNESS WHEREO[F the parties hereto have hereunto
set their hands and seals.
Dated at Ashland, Oregon, on this ?ii&day of January,
1982.
