KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS ....
That E. Bush Hayden and Lori T. Hayden
do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement is for installation and maintenance of
underground electrical utility linest and related above ground appurtenances
including one transformer
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
describad as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 4, Block 8
in the City of Ashland as shown upon the Official City of Ashland map, accepted and
adopted by the City Council on the 5th day of November, 1888, said point bears South 32°17'16''
West, 112.51 feet from a found 1 inch iron pipe with a bronze cap situated at the centerline
intersection of Granite Street and the alley, which separates Lots 3 and 4 of Block 8 in
said city; thence South 67057'05'' East (deed record South 68° East, 40.0 feet) 40.0 feet to
a point in the Southeasterly right of way of Granite Street and being situated at the
Southwest corner of that parcel of land as set forth in Volume 68, page 182 of the Deed
Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 22002'55'' East (deed record North 22° East,
161 feet) along said Southeasterly right of way 161.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin situated
at the West-Southwest corner of that parcel of land as set forth in Volume 282, page 138
of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence leaving said right of way,
South 67o57'05'' East (deed record South 68° East) 172.30 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin; thence
North 12°21'15'' East, 39.67 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South 37o19'09'' East,
16.10 feet; thence South 67057'05'' East, 7.00 feet; thence North 22o02'55'' East, 7.00 feet;
thence North 01°02'51'' West, 24.02 feet to the Southerly line of that parcel of land as
set forth in Volume 254, page 600 of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence
North 67057'05'' West along said line, 15.00 feet to a found 5/8 inch iron pin; thence
South 12°21'15'' West, 21.20 feet to the point of beginning.

property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except
