Site Survey
Provide one Engineer to perform site visits at the customer locations. This will require
customer to make available access to existing and possible transmitter locations, anterma
mounting locations/structure and various locations throughout the area. We will collect
site data including Lat/Long/AMSL, antenna location, A/C power and telephone access.
System Design
Using the information gathered during the site survey, a customized System Design will
be generated based upon desired RF coverage objectives (95% in building coverage
within city boundaries and out to urban growth boundaries). This process will determine
the number and location of sites required to provide the level of coverage desired.
· Deliverables include the items described in each of the following categories:
Basic 2-Way RF Signal Level Coverage Study- This service will generate a customized
forward & reverse path loss budget for proposed Transmit & Receive antenna systems
and typical subscriber device. Details for assumptions made to derive the path loss
budget will be included. Optionally, additional loss factors such as measured building
penetration loss factors or input on other assumptions (such as body loss) may be
specified by the customer. Unless otherwise specified, all assumptions used for this
service will be based upon generally available published data regarding RF propagation
studies. After initial coverage study a survey crew will be sent back out to verify signal
strength predictions for in building coverage. After completion of signal strength testing,
system design will be completed.
· Deliverable for Basic 2-Way RF Signal Level Coverage Study:
Tabular listing of the forward/reverse path budget.
Calculate forward & reverse signal strength for each transmit/receive site using
computer prediction program with Microsoft 2000 propagation software, 3 arc
second digital terrain database and 30 arc second digital land use/land clutter
database and detail from the USGS.

4. One multicolor RF signal strength map per site.
Voted Receiver and additional Site information - Provide identification of geographic
areas requiring RF coverage with a Receiver voting system, or additional transmitter sites,
as needed.
· Deliverables include one multicolor map for each transmit site, depicting areas of
coverage with additional sites and voted receivers.
Composite Coverage Map - Provide an RF signal strength coverage map depicting the
composite RF signal level of the forward & reverse channels.
· Deliverables for Composite Coverage Map include:
1. One multicolor signal strength map depicting composite RF signal strength.

Scope of Work
Quotation is based on performance of labor during regular working hours of 8:00 am through
5:00 pm. Customer requests for work to be performed outside of these parameters may be
accommodated and billed at established shop rates unless addressed in this or other valid
quotation.
All prices quoted herein are firm for 60 days and are based on information known by me as
of this date. If Customer's specifications or other circumstances change, please contact me
for a re-quotation. This quotation supersedes all previous quotations for the same scope of
work.
To bill on account after completion of work, Customer must have an established line of credit
with Day Wireless Systems, Inc. If Customer does not have such line of credit, a down
payment of the quoted price may be requested prior to performing any work for Customer.
TAXES: All prices herein exclusive State Sales Tax. Any tax or other governmental charge
now or hereafter levied upon or measured by the transaction between Day Wireless
Systems, Inc. and the agency accepting this quotation shall be paid by such person,
corporation, or agency accepting this quotation, in addition to any prices quoted or invoiced
by Day Wireless Systems, Inc.
Payment Terms: Parts & Labor charges are net 30 days after completion of specified work
unless other terms have been agreed upon. There may be a 20% Re-stocking fee for all
returned or canceled orders.
