herein by this reference.
The Grantors warrant that they are the o~,mers of said
real property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever,
except those of record on the below date.

EXHIBIT "A"
EASEMENT - REID TO CITY OF ASHLAND
An easement over a strip or parcel of land 10 feet in width
and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Donation Land Claim
Number 40, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette
Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence South 45.41 feet and
East 500.45 feet to a point on the Westerly right ~f way of
Granite Street for the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving
said right of way North 64°59'19'' West, 102.96 feet. to the
Southerly boundary of that tract of land described in deed
recorded as Document No. 70-07567 of the Official Records of
Jackson County, Oregon; thence South 79o46'39'' East (deed
record South 79o49' East) along the said Southerly boundary
39.18 feet; thence leaving said boundary South 64°59'19'' East,
64.56 feet to the Westerly right of way of said Granite Street;
thence along said right of way South 22°02'21'' West, 10.01 feet
to the point of beginning.
ALSO:
An easement over a strip or parcel of land variable in width and
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Donation Land C].aim Number

feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin found monumenting the Northwest
corner of that tract of land described in deed recorded as
Document No. 75-09087 of the Official Records of Jackson County,
Oregon for the True Point of Beginning; thence along the Northerly
boundary of said described tract South 89o52'47'' East, 67.60 feet;
thence North 87o08'26'' East, 41.65 feet; thence South 67°35'21''
East, 71.55 feet; thence along the Easterly boundary of said
described tract South 14o24'05'' West, 89.96 feet; thence leaving
said Easterly boundary North 64°59'19'' West, 10.17 feet; thence
North 14o24'05'' East, 76.98 feet; thence North 81o52'46'' West,
164.57 feet; thence North 00°07'13'' East, 10.36 feet to the
