Mills and Arlene Mills, husband and wife, do hereby grant an Easement unto the City of Ashland, a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of the following provisions: a. The grantors and their assigns shall not be liable for any assessments or charges which might be levied by the City of Ashland for installation of the subject sanitary sewer pipeline. b. The grantors shall be provided with one (1) sanitary sewer service connection off the proposed pipeline to serve the existing residence at 34 Scenic Drive at no charge to the grantors. Said Easement shall be for the installation and perpetual maintenance of ~anitary sewer and storm drain pipelines, , and which Easement is over the property situated in the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, described as follows, to-wit: An easement over a strip or parcel of land variable in width and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Donation Land Claim Number 40, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 91.81 feet and East 92.12 feet to the True Point of Beginning being at the East Northwest corner of that tract of' land described in deed recorded in Volume 472 Page 438 of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 00o04'40'' East, 10.00 feet; thence South 89o52'47'' East, 10.00 feet to the Westerly boundary of said tract of land; thence North 00o04'40'' East (deed record North) along said Westerly boundary, 0.36 feet; thence leaving said Westerly boundary North 75o01'20'' East, 68.02 feet; thence North 00°07'13'' East, 11.44 feet to the Northerly boundary of that tract of land described in deed recorded as Document No. 69-08360 of the Official Records of JackSon County, Oregon; thence North 89o52'47'' East (deed record East) along the said Northerly boundary 42.40 feet to the Northeast corner of said tract of land; thence South 00°07'13'' West (deed record South) along the Easterly boundary of said tract, 10.36 feet; thence leaving said Easterly boundary South 75o01'20'' West, 111.93 feet; thence North 89o52'47'' West, 10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
