KNOW ALL MEN BY Ti]ESE PRESENTS'
That Karl Slack and Helen Jane Slack, husband and wife
do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)__
which Easement is for installation and maintenance of
sanitary sewer and storm drain pipelines
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit' An easement over a strip or parcel of land
10.00 feet in width and being more particularly described as follows-
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Donation Land Claim Number 40,
Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson
County, Oregon; thence North 00°04'40'' East, along the East 'right of way
of Scenic Drive, 92.00 feet to the West Northwest corner of that tract of
land described in deed recorded in Volume 472 Page 438 of the Deed Records
of Jackson County, Oregon, being the True Point of Beginning; thence
South 89°52'47'' East, 92.00 feet (deed record East, 92.00 feet); thence
North 00o04'40'' East, 10.00 feet; thence North 89o52'47'' West, 92.00
feet to the East right of way of said Scenic Drive; thence South 00o04'40''
West, along said East right of way 10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
