A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND SETTING GAS
FITTER'S LICENSE AND TESTING FEES PURSUANT TO THE
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Subsection 15.04.180 A.5., fees for gas
fitter's license and testing are as follows:
License Fees.
Heating, Cooling & Ventilating Installation
Contractor License ............................ $50.00
Gas Fitter's License .......................... $25.00
License Examination Fee ....................... $25.00
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be effective concurrently with
an ordinance amending Subsection 15.04.180 A.5. of the Ashland
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. The fees specified in Ashland Municipal Code
Subsection 15.04.180 A.5. as set forth in Section 1 of this
Resolution are classified as not subject to the limits of Section
llb of Article XI of the Oregon Constitution (Ballot Measure 5).
The foregoing Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Ashland on the. ~-~~
