A RESOLUTION DIRECTING NOTICES OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS BE SENT
TO THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY IN LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
64 AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER OBJECTIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council has received the proposed assessments
on Local Improvement Districts 64; and
WHEREAS, Section 13.20.110 of the Municipal Code requires the
Council to direct the mailing of notices to the owners
of affected properties regarding the proposed
assessments.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ashland as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Recorder is directed to mail or personally
deliver to the owners of each affected property in LID 64 as shown
on the latest tax roles, a notice containing the information set
forth in A.M.C. Section 13.20.110 (2).
SECTION 2. The Council calls a public hearing for May 5, 1992 at
7:30 p.m. in the Civic Center, 1175 East Main, to consider written
objections, if any, to the proposed assessments.
This Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
