A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION
TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES
RECITAL: A. ORS 221.770 requires cities to pass a resolu'tion
stating their intent to receive state revenues.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Ashland elects to receive distributions
for fiscal year 1992-93 pursuant to ORS 221.770.
The foregoing resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ashland on the
2nd day of June 1992.
