A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE 2003-2004 BUDGET
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Because of the circumstances stated below, the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Ashland determine that it is necessary to transfbr
appropriations as follows:
Community Development Block Grant Fund
To: Materials and Services
From: Capital Outlay
$200,000.
$2OO,OOO'
This transfer provides added appropriations for the pass through expenditure of grant
funds for property that will be owned and used by the Ashland Community Land Trust for
affordable housing.
SECTION 2. This resolution takes effect upon signing by the Mayor.
This resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland Municipal Code Section
2.04.090 duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 29th day of June, 2004:
