A portion of the sanitary sewer easement as recorded in the Jackson County Recorder's Office as Instrument Nc,. 67- 03662 in Jackson County, Oregon, is not needed for public use and therefor may be relinquished by quitclaim deed to Watson/Albertson's/Payless.
