A RESOLUTIO ADOPTING A SUP EME TA
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-93
WHEREAS, Oregon Budget Law, under ORS 294.480 provides for a
supplemental budget process.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the amounts for the fiscal year beginning
July 1, 1992, are increased by the amounts shown below:

This increase in appropriation is due to the refinancing of the
City of Ashland 1985 Water and 1983 Hydro debt. This refinancing
will generate $200,000 of net present value savings.

This increase in appropriation of a net $3,500 is due to the
refinancing of the 1985 Water bonds and 1983 Hydro Bonds.

This appropriation covers costs associated with the City
maintaining and operating the Airport.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and city Council of Ashland
that the above supplemental budget is approved.
The foregoing Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Ashland on the 19th
Day of January, 1993.
