PUBLIC PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT
I, Sarah Haskell Crumme, Trustee of the Crumme Family Disclaimer Trust
U.D.D. January 17, 1994 ("Grantor") do hereby grant to the City of Ashland, Oregon
("GRANTEE") a non-exclusive public pedestrian access easement to the City of
Ashland over and across a four foot wide strip along the entire easterly line of the metes
and bounds description attached hereto as Exhibit "A". The easement being granted
herein is appurtenant, and perpetual.

A variable width Public Utility Easemem to the City of Ashland, Oregon, over and across
Parcel 2 of that tract of land described within Instrument No. 94-05354 of the Official
Records of Jackson County, Oregon, lying situate within the Northeast Quarter of Section
9, within Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, more particularly
described by the following metes and bounds description, in addition to a Public
Pedestrian Access Easement to the City of Ashland over and across a four foot wide strip
along the entire easterly line of the following metes and bounds description, to wit;
Conm~encing at the Southwest comer of Donation Land Claim No. 43 in Township 39
South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson County, Oregon; thence
North 00006'48" East, along the West line of said described Claim No. 43, a distance of
355.44 feet (Deed Record North, 355.00 feet) to the North line of"C" (Eureka) Street,
the POINT OF BEGINNING of a variable width strip of land, heretofore described;
thence continuing North 00006'48" East, along the West lh~e of said described Claim No.
43, a distance of 275.52 feet (Deed Record North, 275.00 feet) to the South line of"B"
Street; thence South 89°57'19" East (Deed Record East), along said South line, a distance
of 16.00 feet; thence South 00006'48" West, leaving said South line of"B" Street, a
distance of 31.81 feet to a point of curvature; thence 47.20 feet along the arc of a 204.00
foot radius crowe to the left, having an included angle of 13015'27TM (Chord bearing South
06°30'55" East. 47.10 feet), to a point of reverse curvature; thence 26.84 feet along the
arc of a 116.00 foot radius curve to the right, having an included m~gle of 13°15"27"
(Chord bearing South 06030'55" East, 26.78 feet), to a point of tangency; thence South
00°06'48" West, parallel with and 24.00 feet adjacent to the West line of said described
