ORDINANCE NO. 2061
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.108.060 WHICH
ESTABLISHED FEES FOR PLANNING APPLICATIONS, SET-
TING FEES FOR SUBDIVISIONS AND LAND PARTITIONS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052, and Section 18.108.060 of the
Ashland Municipal Code, shall be amended by amending that por-
tion relative to Planned Unit Developments, and adding a new
portion relative to administrative approvals of land partitions,
to read as follows:
"Planned Unit Developments,
Subdivisions, Major and
Minor land partitions
$200 minimum, plus $20 per
lot for the first 10 lots;
$5 per lot thereafter
Major or minor land parti-
tion requiring administrative
approval only.
$100 minimum for adminis-
trative items plus $10 per lot.
SECTION 2. That inasmuch as the above fees were inadvertently
omitted from the newly adopted land use ordinance, it is hereby
declared that the public health, safety and welfare require that
an emergency be declared, and this ordinance shall become effect-
ive immediately upon its passage by the Council and approval by
the mayor.
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the 22nd day of
January, 1980, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th
day of February, 1980.
