ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND, AND SECTION 18.120030
OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY
FRON JACKSON COUNTY RR-5 (RURAL RE:SIDENTIAL 5 AC. HIN.),
TO CITY R-1-7.S (SINGLE FAHILY RESIDENTIAL) 0 Greenway
Annexation)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Ne. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the
Ashla1.-1-a--l?lunicipal Code be) and the same hereby is, amended to re-
zone from Ja.ckson County RR-S (Rural Residential - 5 Acre Min.)
