AN ORDINANCE A}lliNDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-
USE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY -OF ASHLAND, AND SECTION
18012.030 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY RR-5 (RURAL
RESIDENTIAL 1/2 ACRE MIN.), TO E-l (EMPLOYMENT).
(MUNICIPAL AIRPORT)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18012.030 of the Ash-
land Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, amended to ~ezone from
RR-5 (Rural Residential - 1/2 Acre Mino) District, to E-l (Employment)
District, the following described real property, to-wit:

No. 52, Township 39 South, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian,
