ORDINANCE No. 2339
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR CONDITIONS TO BE ATTACHED TO ZONE CHANGES.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Zone changes in the City of Ashland may include conditions
reasonably necessary to ensure that the actual use of the land being rezoned will
be compatible with the neighborhood.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read at a regular meeting of the
Common Council held on the /9~day of February, 1985, and passed to its second
reading and duly adopted on the ~~day of March, 1985.
