AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-
USE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND AND SECTION
18.12.030 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY RR-5 TO CITY OF
ASHLAND R-2 (CBM ANNEXATION)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the
Ashla.nd Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning from
Jackson County RR-5 (Rural Residential - 5 acre min.) to City
of Ashland R-2 (Low Density Multi-family Residential) the
propE~rty described in Exl>libi t "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the 20th day of
October, 1987 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 3 h-A- day of
November, 1987.
