AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-
USE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND AND SECTION
18.12.030 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY RR-5 TO CITY OF
ASHLAND R-1-3.5 (ALBERTSON ANNEXATION)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the
Ashland Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning from
Jackson County RR-5 (Rural Residential - 5 acre min.) to City
of Ashland R-1-3.5 (Suburban Residential) the property
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof.

39 Sou"th, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson County,

the south boundary of said Section 11 a distance of 633.64 feet (record
639.14 feet) to the west right of way boundary of Clay Street; thence
