HomeMy WebLinkAbout2467 Rezones Olson AnnexationORDINANCE NO. 2467 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND- USE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND AND SECTION 18.12.030 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY RR-5 TO CITY OF ASHLAND RR-l (OLSON ANNEXATION) THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the Ashland Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning from Jackson County RR-5 (Rural Residential - 5 acre min.) to City of Ashland RR...l (Rural Res"idential -" 1 acre min.) the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
