AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-
USE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND AND SECTION
18.12.030 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY RR-5 TO CITY OF
ASHLAND RR-l (OLSON ANNEXATION)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the
Ashland Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning from
Jackson County RR-5 (Rural Residential - 5 acre min.) to City
of Ashland RR...l (Rural Res"idential -" 1 acre min.) the property
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the /d ~ day of
August, 1988 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this ~~ day of

Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson

7.50 feet) to a 3/4 inch iron pin located on the'Southeasterly righ~.of
way line c,f Dead Indian Road for the True Point of Beginning; thence along

in Neil Creek; thence North 89038'00" West, 380.17 feet (deed record West)
to a 3/4 inch iron pin located on the Easterly right of way line of Dead
Indian Road; thence along said Easterly right of way South 00017'25" West,
37.80 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pin; thence South 57004'00" West, 35.87 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 5.458 acres more or less.

Northeaste:~ly right of way line of State Highway No. 66; thence South 510

highway; thence along said right of way line North 38044' West to the
West, Northwest line of said Donation Land Claim No. 53; thence along said
line East 76.92 feet to the intersection of the Northeasterly right of way
