AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-USE ORDINANCE
OF 'I'HE CITY OF ASHLAND AND SECTION 18. 12 . 030 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY
RR-5, TO CITY OF ASHLAND E-l. (AMIGOS ANNEXATION)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the
Ashland Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning from
Jac:k:son County RR-5 (Rural Residential - 5 acre min.) to City of
Ashland E-l (Employment) the property described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, and made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the ~day of

line of 40 foot road deeded to City of Ashland; thence North 560 13'
West along the North line of said 40 foot road 131.57 feet to corner;
thence North 890 28' West 72.71 feet to a point on the Northerly line
of Highway 99, which point is South 560 131 East 166.2 feet from
intersection' of the West line of the East half of said Section 14;
thence North 560 13' West 118.1 feet to the place. of beginning.
