AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-USE
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND, AND SECTION 18.12.030
OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTIES
FROM R-2, E-1 AND R-1-7.5 TO C-1. (DOWNTOWN AREA)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the
Ashland Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning certain
properties in the Downtown area, as follows:
1. From R-2 to C-1: Assessor's Map 391E 9BB; Tax lots
11000, 11100, 11200, 11400, 11500 and 11590.
2. From E-1 to C-1: Assessor's Map 391E 9BA; Tax lot 14500.
3. From R-1-7.5 to C-1-D: Assessor's Map 391E 9; portion of
tax lot 100; Map 9BC; tax lots 1400 and 1500.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the 7th day of
March, 1989 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this ,;;;f/~day of March,
1989.
