ORDINANCE NO. 2495
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ASHLAND COMPREHENSIVE ~~AN
IN ~rHE DOWNTOWN AREA, BY MODIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY
DESIGNATIONS TO COMMERCIAL.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.. Ordinance No. 2227 is hereby amended by changing the
land-use designations on the Comprehensive Plan in the Downtown
Area as follows:
1. From Multi-family Residential to Commercial: Assessor's
r~ap 391E 9BB; Tax Lots 11000, 11100, 11200, 11400, 11500
and 11590.
2. From Employment to Commercial: Assessor's Map 391E 9BA;
~rax Lot 14500.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the 7th day of March,
1989 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this ~/d day of March, 1989.
