ORDINANCE No. 2389
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 18052.020 (D) and (F) OF THE LA1~D-
USE ORDINANCE OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE WITH RESPECT TO USES
PERMITTED IN THE E'J~1PLOYMENT DISTRICT.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection (D) of Section 18.52.020 of the Ashland Muni-
ci,al Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(D) Conditional uses in the Employment District listed in
Section 18.40.030 and 18040.040 of this Chaptert except
residential useso"
SECTION 20 As new subsection (F) is hereby added to Section 18.52.020
of the Ashland Municipal Code which shall read as follows:
"(F) Permitted uses in the Employment District listed in
Section 18040.020 of this Chaptero
