AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 6 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1361
ADOPTING THE ZONING MAP OF SEPTEMBER 18, 1964jAND ADOPT-
ING A NEW ZONING MAP.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain Zoning map, effective on September 18, 1964
and as c~ended from time to time thereafter, is hereby repealed con-
currently with the effective date of the new Land-Use Ordinance
codified as Title 18 of the Ashland Municipal Code, and is replaced
with thE~ new Zoning map attached hereto as Exhibit "A" pursuant to
Section 18.12.030 of said Land-Use Ordinance.
The forE~going ordinance was first read by title only in accordance
with Art:icle X Section 2 (C) of the City Charter on the /p-tii: day of
