AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LAND ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF PARKER STREET BETWEEN
WALKER AVENUE AND LIT WAY FROM C-l TO
R-1-5.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2058, which adopted the Zoning
Map of the City of Ashland pursuant to Section 18.12.030
of the Ashland Municipal Code, is hereby amended by reclassi-
fying from C-l (Commercial-retail) to R-1-5 (Single Family _
5,000 sq. ft. lots), the following properties: Assessor's
Map 39lE-lODC, tax lots 9300, 9400, 9500, 9600, 9700, 9800,
9900, 10000, 10100 and 10200.
The foregoing ordinance was first read by title only in
accordance with Article X, Section 2(C) of the City Charter
on the S-I;ic day of ~~. 1980. and duly PASSED and
ADOPTED the /9 ~day of ~. 1980.
