ORDINANCE NO. 2101
.AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LANDS OWNED BY
SOUTHERN OREGON STATE COLLEGE AND LOCATED
ON THE CURRENT COLLEGE CAMPUS FROM R-l-S,
R-1-7.S AND R-2, TO "SO" (SOUTHERN OREGON
STATE COLLEGE) DISTRICT.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20S8, which adopted the Zoning Map
of the City of Ashland pursuant to Section 18.12.030 of the
Ashland Municipal Code, is hereby amended by reclassifying
from R-l-S (Single Family Residential-S,OOO sq. ft. lots),
- R-1-7.5 (Single Family Residential-7,500 sq. ft. lots) and
R-2 (Low Density-Multiple Family Residential), to "SO"
(Southern Oregon State College), the following properties:
Assessor's Map 39lE-9DD, tax lots 6300, 7400, 7S00, 7600, 7700
and 7800; Assessor's Map 39lE-lOBD, tax lots 100 and 1000;
Assessor's Map 39lE-lOCA, tax lot 100; Assessor's Map 39lE-lOCC,
tax lot 5700; Assessor's Map 39lE-lOCD, tax lots 100, 200, 4200,
and 4900; Assessor's Map 391E-15BA, tax lots 900 and 3100; and
Assessor's Map 39lE-l5BB, tax lot 100.
The f()regoing ordinance was first read by title only in
accordance with Article X, Section 2(C) of the City Charter on
