ORDINANCE NO. 1840
An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1361, the Zoning Ordinance of
the. City of Ashland andTi tIe 18 of the" Ashland 1>1unicipal Code.

The People of the Ci ty of AshIarrd do ordain as follo,.:s:
Section 1. Section 18.28.030 of the Ashland Municipal Code, per-
taining to conditional uses in a R-3 residential-multiple family
district, i.s hereby amended to add thereto a ne~ subsection to
read as "follows:
(I) Wholesale plant nurseries including accessory structures.
Section 2. That inasmuch as it is dee~ed necessary for the public
health, peace, and safety of the citizens of the City of Ashland
that the provisions shall be made i~mediately operative, it is
hereby declared that an emergency exists. and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and aft~r its passage by the Coun-
cil and approval by the Mayor.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read at a regular meet-
ing of the Common Council held on" the 'J~ day of t),cGEM/Jf/l ,
1974, and passed to its second reading and duly adopted on the 17,~/
day of ...I2...f.J.:E/'1IJE/l ,1974, the vote being as follo\.;s:
