ORDINANCE NO. 1909
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1361
AND SECTION 18.32.030 OF THE ASHLAND MUNI-
CIPAL CODE, ADDING PERSONAL STORAGE FACILI-
TIES AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN C-l, COMMERCIAL-
RETAIL DISTRICTS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1361 and Section 18.32.030 of
the Ashland Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding
thereto a new subsection K, which shall read as follows:
"K. Personal storage facilities."
The foregoing Ordinance was first read at a regular meet-
ing of the Ci ty Council on the ,/,;z;L day of ~/t-lVv.4--1l y, 1977
and PASSED and DULY ADOPTED on the JY~ day of V/f-A/;"~'I' 1977.
