Also, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following: Beginning
at the point of intersection of the east line of the
East half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southwes't Quarter of said Section 11
with the north side-line of the Pacific Highway, now
Highway #66; thence North 250.0 feet; thence West
50.0 feet; thence South 250.0 feet; thence East along
the north side-line of said Highway 50.0 feet to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following: Beginning at the
southwest corner of the East Half of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quar-
ter of said Section 11; thence North 198.0 feet; thence
East 80.0 feet; thence Southeasterly to a point on the
south line of said Section 11, which point is 140.0 feet
East of the point of beginning; thence West along said
