ORDINANCE: NO. 1487
An Qrdinance amending Ordinance No. 1361, the zoning ord~!lance
of the City of Ashland, by rezoning certain property from RF:B-200,
Resident.i.al - Farro. District, to R-l :B-8, Residential - Single Family
District.
WHEF~S, the Planning Commission and the Common Council have
held ht:at'ings on said question after publication of notice as
required by law, and
WHEEEAS, both the Planning Co~nission and the Common Council
deem it to be to the best interests of the City of Ashland that
said area be rezoned,
NOW, 'l1HEREFORE, THE PEOPLE OF THE Cltn OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That OrdinancE~ No. 1361 be, and the same hereby is, amended
to rezone fronl RF:B-200, Residenti;c;i.l - Farm District, to R-l:B-a,
Residential - Single Family Distri,c:t, the following described
property, to-wit:
All that portion of Blocks 26 and 27 of WOOLENS ADDITION
to the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregol1, according"
to the official plat thereof, now of record, lying and
being westerly from the stree'lt. line, which line is
desc.r.ibed as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner
of s~aid Block 27: thence North 37040' West 421.0 feeti
thence North 12040' West 80..0 feet; thence North 47040'
~l'Jest 169. 36 fE~et to the west line of said Block 26.
The foregoing ordinance was duly passed, under a suspension
of the rules, at a regular meeti:ng of the Common Council held on
