AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL CERTAIN ASHLAND GENERAL ORDINANCES.
Section 17. Ordinance No. 970" enacted June 1" 1937" relating to
fireworks, is repealed.
Section 18. Ordinance No. 971, enacted July 15" 1937, relating to
fireworks, is repealed.
Section 19. Ordinance No. 979, enacted March 15" 1938" relating
to fire prevention regulations, is repealed.
Section 20. .. Ordinance No. 980" enacted March 15, 1938, relating
to oil burning equipment and oil storage, is repealed.
Section 21. Ordinance No: 981, enacted March 15, 1938" relating
to oil burners and oil storage, is repealed.
Section 22. Ordinance No. 987, enacted June 7, 1938, relating to
fireworks" is repealed.
Section 23. Ordinance No. 1004, enacted July 2, 1940, relating to
fireworks, is repealed.
Section 24. Ordinance No. 1029" enacted June 2" 1942, relating to
bla.ckout regulations" is repealed.
The foregoing ordinance was duly passed
