AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1361, THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND, BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1:B-10,
RESIDENTIAL - SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT, TO R-1:B-8, RESIDENTIAL -
SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT.
along the arc of a 250.0 foot radius curve left (the
long chord of which bears South 65-50' West 396.05
feet), a distance of 457.13 feet; thence North 76-33'
West 210.0 feet1 thence North 13-27' East 35.0 feetl
thence North 76-33' West 339.20 feet, thence South
0-30' West 901.20 feet to the true point of beg-inning.
The foregoing ordinance was duly passed, under a suspension
of the rules, at a regular meeting of the Common Council held on
the JR~ day of May, 1965, the vote being as follows.
