This letter is for the purpose of extending the City of Ashland - Rogue Valley Council of
Governments contract entitled "Shared Employee Agreement - Delivery Driver/Site
Manager", which expired June 30, 2004. As stated in the contract, the City of Ashland's
reimbursement will be made to RVCOG quarterly. For this fiscal year, the total amount
will be $10,800. All other conditions should remain as in the contract with the exception
of the term "delivery driver". It should reflect "Site Manager" only. Term of the contract
should be July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005.
