THE OWNER SHALL NOT INSTALL A KITCHEN IN THE ACCESSORY BUILDING FOR THE PURPOSES OF A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. USE OF THE ACCESSORY BUll DING AS A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT REQUIRES SITE REVIEW APPROVAL FOR A SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT, AND THIS PROPERTY HAS NOT RECEIVED THE NECESSARY APPROVALS. THEREFORE, IT IS A VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE TO USE ANY PORTION OF THE ACCESSORY BUILDING AS A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDNETIAL UNIT, AND IS THEREBY SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF.
