is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
ACTION:

THE OWNER HAS RECEIVED A BUILDING FOR A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE INCL.UDING A GUEST UNIT
IN THE BASEMENT. THE OWNER SHALL NOT INSTALL A KITCHEN IN THE GUEST FOR THE PURPOSES
OF A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. USE OF THE GUEST UNIT AS A SEPARATE, SECOND
RESIDENTIAL UNIT REQUIRES A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A SECOND RE:SIDENTIAL UNIT, AND
THIS PROPERTY HAS NOT RECEIVED THE NECESSARY APPROVALS. THEREFOr~E, IT IS A VIOLATION
OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE TO USE ANY PORTION OF THE GUEST UI~IT AS A SEPARATE,
SECOND RESIDNETIAL UNIT, AND IS THEREBY SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THlEREOF.
