actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement
is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
ACTION:
1)
THE OWNER HAS RECEIVED A BUILDING PERMIT TO REMODEL THEXISTING GARAGE TO BE USED AS
A HOME OFFICE I ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE. THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE APPROVAL OF A SECOND
RESIDENTIAL UNIT. THE OWNER SHALL NOT INSTALL A KITCHEN IN THE CONVERTED GARAGE FOR
THE PURPOSES OF A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL
UNIT IS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT APPLYING FOR AND RECEIVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
THE ADDITIONAL DWELLING. CURRENTLY THERE EXISTS ONLY ONE DWELLING ON THE SUBJECT
PROPERT AND ADDING AN ADDITIONAL UNIT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL IS A VIOLATION OF THE
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF.
