As the owner(s) of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other
actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement
is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
ACTION:
1)
THE OWNER HAS RECEIVED A BUILDING PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITION TO A NON-CONFORMING
STRUCTURE AND RENOVATE THIS EXISTING STRUCTURE LOCATED AT THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. THE USE OF THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IS AS ADDITIONAL LIVING
SPACE. THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE APPROVAL OF A SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. THE OWNER
SHALL NOT INSTALL A KITCHEN IN THE CONVERTED BARN/ADDITION FOR THE PURPOSES OF A
SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT IS NOT PERMITTED
WITHOUT APPLYING FOR AND RECEIVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE ADDITIONAL
DWELLING. CURRENTLY THERE EXISTS ONLY ONE DWELLING ON THE SUBJECT PROPERT AND
ADDING AN ADDITIONAL UNIT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL IS A VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF.
