OR COOKING FACILITIES INSTALLED, OR USE OF THE STRUCTURE AS A SEPARATE DWELLING OR
RENTAL UNIT WITHOUT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPROVAL, SHALL BE IN VIOLATION OF THE
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF.
