AGREE NOr TO HAVE ANY KITCHEN COOKING FACILITIES INSTAllED IN THE ROOM ABOVE THE
GARAGE UNLESS THE CITY OF ASHLAND GRANTS APPROVAL. INSTAllATION OF A KITCHEN OR
COOKING FACILITIES INSTAllED, OR USE OF THE SPACE AS A SEPARATE DWELLING WITHOUT
APPROVAL, SHAll BE IN VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBJECT TO All
PENALTIES 'THEREOF.
