City of Ashland, Oregon, Grantor, releases and quitclaims to Phillip Linsday and Shelley
Linsday, Grantees, all right, title and interest in and to the following described real
property with regards to paragraph one of Document #93-44531 recorded in the official
records of Jackson County, Oregon. This paragraph states that grantees of this
property agree to participate in the local improvement district for the future inlprovement
of Orange Avenue, including curb, gutter, paving, sidewalks and storm drain; and agree
not to remonstrate to the formation of such local improvement district; and a~Jree to pay
assigned share of such designated improvement costs. Grantor also releases and
quitclaims to Grantees all right, title and interest in and to the following described real
property as indicated in Document #94-14642 recorded in the official records of
Jackson County, Oregon.
